Cosmopolitan

 

3 ounces Grey Goose vodka
1 ounce triple sec
3 ounces cranberry juice cocktail
3/4 ounce sweetened lime juice
lime wedge

- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into the prepared glass.
-Garnish with a lime wedge


Stingray

1 ounce Capt Morgan Spiced Rum
1/2 ounce Midori
1/2 ounce pineapple juice
1/2 ounce cranberry juice

Mix ingredients over ice and shake well


La Strega

2 ounces  plum vodka
3 ounces cranberry juice
1/2 ounce peach schnapps
1 1/2 ounces orange juice
1/2 ounce simple sugar

- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into the prepared glass.



Lemon Drop Martini

2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce triple sec
1 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 ounce simple syrup
Garnish: sugar rim

- Coat the rim of a cocktail glass with sugar and set aside (do this a few minutes ahead so the sugar can dry and adhere well to the glass).
- Add the vodka, triple sec, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into the prepared glass.


Negroni

1½ ounces gin
1 ounce Carpano Antica Formula vermouth
¾ ounce Campari
1 orange

- Stir gin, vermouth, and Campari in an ice-filled mixing glass until very cold, about 30 seconds.
- Strain cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer or a slotted spoon into an ice-filled rocks glass
- Using a small serrated knife, remove a 1" strip of peel from the orange (some white pith is okay); it should be stiff enough to provide some resistance when bent.
- Twist over drink to express oils; discard.
- Garnish with 3 very thin orange slices.


Pimm’s Cup

2 ounces Pimm’s No.
1 1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Ginger ale, to top
Garnish: cucumber slice
Garnish: mint sprig
Garnish: strawberry
Garnish: lemon wheel (optional)
Garnish: orange wheel (optional)

- Add Pimm’s No. 1 and lemon juice into a highball glass over ice, then top with ginger ale and stir briefly to combine.
-Garnish with a cucumber slice, mint sprig, skewered strawberry and optional lemon and orange wheels.


French 75

1 ounce gin
1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 ounce simple syrup
3 ounces Champagne (or other sparkling wine)
Garnish: lemon twist

-Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a Champagne flute.
- Top with the Champagne.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.


Mojito

3 mint leaves
1/2 ounce simple syrup
2 ounces white rum
3/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
Club soda, to top
Garnish: mint sprig
Garnish: lime wheel

- Lightly muddle the mint with the simple syrup in a shaker.  
-Add the rum, lime juice and ice, and give it a brief shake, then strain into a highball glass over fresh ice
- Top with the club soda.
-  Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel.


Vodka Gimlet

2 ounces vodka
3/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 ounce simple syrup
Garnish: lime wheel

- Add the vodka, lime juice and simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.


Classic Manhattan

2 ounces bourbon
1 ounce sweet red vermouth 
1 maraschino cherry (preferably Luxardo)
Bitters

- Combine bourbon, vermouth, and ice in a mixing glass.
- Stir until well-chilled.
- Strain into a preferably frosty coupe.
- Garnish with a cherry and a few dashes of your favorite bitters.


Old Fashioned

2 ounces bourbon or rye whiskey
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
1 sugar cube or 1 tsp sugar
Orange twist garnish

- Put sugar in glass.
- Cover it with dashes of bitters.
- Add whiskey and stir until sugar dissolves.
- Add ice, stir again, and serve.


Spritz

Equal parts Aperol
Equal parts Cinzano Prosecco
Splash of Soda
Garnish: orange slice.

- Mix all ingredients in a wine glass with ice and gently stir.
- Garnish with an orange slice.


Sidecar

2 ounces VS or VSOP Cognac
1 ounce Cointreau
3/4 ounce lemon juice

- Shake ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a rocks glass or a cocktail glass with a sugar-coated rim.


Boulevardier

1 ounce Campari
1 ounce sweet red vermouth
1 1/2 ounces bourbon
Garnish: orange twist.
 
- Mix Campari, sweet red vermouth, and bourbon with ice, and stir until chilled.
- Strain into a glass over ice, and
- Garnish with an orange twist.


Espresso Martini

2 ounces  vodka
1 ounce coffee liquor
1 ounce espresso
1/2 ounce simple syrup
3 coffee beans (representing health, happiness, and prosperity)

- In a cocktail shaker, one-half full of ice, combine the vodka, coffee liquor, espresso, and simple syrup.
- Shake very well until a layer of foam develops on the surface of the liquid.
- Pour into a chilled coupe or martini glass. 
- Top with coffee beans.


Daiquiri

2 ounces light rum
1 ounce simple syrup
1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed 
Garnish: lime wheel.

-Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.


Tom Collins

2 ounces London dry gin
1 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 ounce simple syrup
Club soda, to top
Garnish: lemon wheel
Garnish: maraschino cherry

- Add the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a Collins glass.
- Fill with ice
- Top with club soda and stir.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and maraschino cherry (optional).
